针对粮食仓储、统计、检验等特殊岗位,中储粮注重以实际操作竞赛提高员工岗位技能,为大国粮仓精心培育素质过硬的工匠。   7月9日正值中储粮集团辽宁分公司的媒体开放日,公司的岗位技能竞赛同期举行。 在实操比赛现场,一合大型仪器引起了记者的注意,中储粮辽宁粮油质监中心副主任纪立波告诉记者,这套仪器叫做高精尖便携式精密快检仪,是专门用来检测粮食食品安全的。   近年来随着我国居民的膳食结构由数量温饱型向质量营养型转变,对粮食产品多样化、优质化要求越来越高,对食品安全也提出了新要求。
